This rectangular garter stitch scarf with mesh lace edging is knit sideways without the need for short rows. Its emerging points remind me of the scales on a dragon’s tail. :)
The scarf in the photo was made from one entire skein of Berry Squishy from Dye is Cast Yarns in the colorway Urban Jungle. It measures approximately 50" in length and 9" wide.
You just need to know how to knit (k) stitches, knit two stitches together (k2tog) and work yarn overs (yo) in order to make it.
